What each row carries
One row per fixture, keyed by fixture_id. The columns of interest:

home_home_lat, home_home_lon | The home team's home-country geographic centroid. |
away_home_lat, away_home_lon | The away team's home-country centroid. |
home_travel_km, away_travel_km | Great-circle distance from each team's centroid to the venue. Haversine, Earth radius 6,371 km. |
home_tz_delta_hours, away_tz_delta_hours | Integer-hour UTC offset between the venue's local timezone and each team's primary home timezone, evaluated at kickoff. Multi-zone countries (USA, CAN, MEX, BRA, AUS, RUS) use the capital city's zone. |
home_days_rest, away_days_rest | Days since that team's previous tournament match, computed by walking the schedule in kickoff order. Empty for each team's first match. |
